Privacy notice

WhoIsNo1.online is designed to work without user accounts. We collect only the information needed to operate public creators, secure payments, prevent abuse, and keep rankings accurate.

Public creator data

Display names, profile or website URLs, normalized domains, optional descriptions, category scores, ranks, and payment-related board movements are public. Do not submit private personal information.

Payment and dispute data

PayPal processes checkout. We store PayPal order and transaction identifiers, payment status, currency, amount, selected listing and category, timestamps, adjustments, and limited webhook event information needed to reconcile payments, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and disputes. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

Technical data

Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, device information, security events, and short-lived logs. We use these data for delivery, reliability, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

Service providers

We use Supabase for database and realtime infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and PayPal for payments. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Payment evidence and retention

We retain transaction, placement, ranking, adjustment, and related audit records as reasonably necessary for reconciliation, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, enforcement of our terms, and the defence of payment disputes. Removing a listing from public view does not erase the private payment record or processor history.

Corrections and privacy rights

You may request correction of inaccurate public listing information or exercise privacy rights available under applicable law. Some payment and audit information may need to be retained despite a deletion request where it is required for legal, accounting, fraud, security, or dispute purposes.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices, and transfer safeguards.
